Tom is a retired public school administrator. He and his wife Lorraine have attended Trinity for over 40 years. They have four children and 11 grandchildren. In addition to finance, Tom also works with the Social Team, which coordinates the major social functions of the church. Tom is an avid sports enthusiast and has played on baseball and softball teams for more than 50 years.

Philip also serves on the Audio/Visual team at Trinity.  He and wife Rebekah have been married for 17 years and have three children. Philip enjoys spending time with the family, cooking and cycling.

Philip was born in Canada. is a British citizen and a naturalized U.S. citizen.  He holds a B.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Santa Cruz. His expertise is in applied optics and virus detection.  Prior to accepting a Professorship at Whitworth University, Philip and family lived in San Jose, California, where he worked as a research scientist.  He also started a biotechnology company focused on detecting viruses.  Besides teaching at Whitworth, Philip founded the Microdevices Lab to investigate novel ways to make devices on the scale of the diameter of a human hair.

Rebekah accepted Jesus as Savior at about five years old and was a significant factor in leading Philip to the Lord at age 16 after which they were high school sweethearts.  They were married after Philip completed his bachelor's degree and have been involved in various ministries ever since.  Rebekah has been involved in children's and junior high ministries, and the worship service team. Philip has served in audio and visual ministries in some capacity for over 24 years including training up and leading a team. Philip and Rebekah felt called to Trinity (2018) after being impressed with the peoples' servant hearts, generosity and kindness.
